Compton Little League is built around young players, but it takes an entire community to put them on the field. Local businesses, organizations and community partners can play an important role in providing the resources needed to operate a strong, accessible baseball and softball program.
Sponsorship helps support the practical needs of the League—from equipment and uniforms to field operations, safety resources, training and other program expenses. Every contribution helps create an environment where young athletes can learn, compete and grow.
In return, Compton Little League provides sponsors with opportunities to be recognized as active supporters of local youth and the families who make up our community.
All sponsorship opportunities are subject to Compton Little League approval, applicable Little League® International sponsorship policies and any required facility permissions.

Team sponsorship gives local businesses, organizations and community supporters a direct way to support young athletes participating in Compton Little League.
Sponsorship helps cover the costs of uniforms, equipment and other essential team needs throughout the season, helping ensure that players have what they need to practice, compete and enjoy a positive Little League experience.
Team sponsorship packages may include recognition on the Compton Little League website, through League social media and at League events. Specific recognition opportunities will be outlined in the sponsorship package selected.

League sponsorship provides businesses, organizations and community partners with an opportunity to support Compton Little League as a whole, extending their impact across baseball and softball programs, teams and age divisions.
League sponsorship helps fund the shared resources required to operate a strong youth sports program, including equipment, field operations, safety resources, training, administrative needs and other League-wide expenses.
League sponsorship packages may include recognition across the Compton Little League website, League social media, events and other League communications. Specific benefits will be outlined in the sponsorship package selected.
This level of support helps CLL build the infrastructure behind every team and provides sponsors with a visible connection to families throughout the League.

FIELD & BANNER SPONSORSHIPS
Put Your Support Where the Community Can See It.
Field and banner sponsorship gives local businesses and organizations a highly visible way to support Compton Little League while reaching players, families, coaches, volunteers and spectators throughout the season.
Subject to approval by the appropriate facility authority, sponsor banners may be displayed at designated Compton Little League playing locations. These sponsorships help support field operations, equipment, maintenance, game-day needs and other costs associated with creating a safe and welcoming environment for our players.
Field and banner sponsorship opportunities may also include recognition on the Compton Little League website and through League social media. Specific placement, visibility and recognition arrangements will be confirmed when sponsorship packages and facility permissions are finalized.

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Help Make League Events Memorable.
Compton Little League events bring players, families, volunteers and community supporters together beyond the regular game schedule. Event sponsorship gives businesses and organizations an opportunity to help make these experiences possible while connecting directly with the CLL community.
Event sponsorship can support Opening Day, player clinics, tournaments, special games, recognition events and other League activities. Contributions help cover event-related needs such as equipment, supplies, refreshments, activities, signage and other operational expenses.
Event sponsors receive recognition connected to the sponsored activity, along with visibility on the Compton Little League website and League social media, with additional recognition opportunities based on the event and sponsorship package selected.
Whether supporting a season-opening celebration or a special player development opportunity, event sponsors help create experiences that players and families remember.

IN-KIND SPONSORSHIPS
Give What You Do Best.
Supporting Compton Little League does not always require a financial contribution. Businesses, organizations and professionals can make a meaningful difference by providing products, equipment, materials or services the League would otherwise need to purchase.
In-kind contributions may include baseball and softball equipment, printing and signage, food and beverages, field and maintenance supplies, event materials, photography and videography, professional services, transportation support and other useful resources that directly benefit League operations and activities.
CLL works with in-kind sponsors to identify contributions that meet an actual League need. Recognition opportunities may include acknowledgment on the Compton Little League website and through League social media, depending on the nature of the contribution and the arrangements agreed upon.
In-kind sponsorship allows local businesses to put their own resources and expertise to work for Compton’s young athletes.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Working Together for Compton’s Young People.
Community partnerships create opportunities for organizations to support Compton Little League in ways that extend beyond a traditional sponsorship. Schools, nonprofits, civic organizations, businesses and other community institutions can work with CLL to strengthen youth participation and expand the resources available to players and families.
Partnerships may include player outreach, clinics and educational programs, access to facilities or services, equipment and resource support, volunteer initiatives, special events and other collaborative activities that advance the League’s mission.
Because every organization brings different resources and expertise, community partnerships can be developed around shared goals rather than a predetermined sponsorship package. CLL welcomes conversations with organizations interested in creating practical opportunities that benefit young athletes and the broader community.
Community partners are recognized through the Compton Little League website, League communications, social media and activities connected to the partnership.

A PARTNERSHIP THAT HELPED
BRING THE LEAGUE BACK
Compton Little League extends its sincere appreciation to the Compton Chamber of Commerce for the leadership and commitment it has provided in helping bring Little League baseball and softball back to Compton.
The Chamber has played an important role in organizing, coordinating and driving the League’s revival, helping bring together the people, relationships and resources necessary to move the effort forward. Its involvement has extended beyond supporting the idea of a returning Little League. The Chamber has worked alongside League leadership to help rebuild the organizational foundation of the program and prepare it for a new generation of Compton families.
The Chamber has also been instrumental in the public presentation of Compton Little League’s new era—supporting communications, community outreach and the development of the League’s new digital presence. Through the technical and digital communications work of its Digital Communications Director, the Chamber has contributed to the creation of the League’s website and the online information platform connecting families, volunteers, supporters and community partners with the returning program.
This is not simply recognition of work already completed. The relationship between Compton Little League and the Compton Chamber of Commerce is an ongoing community partnership, built around a shared commitment to creating opportunities for Compton’s young people and establishing a League capable of serving the community for years to come.
We hope this partnership can also serve as an example of what is possible when local institutions, businesses and community organizations become active participants in the future of youth programs. Meaningful partnerships contribute more than financial support. They bring leadership, expertise, relationships, resources and sustained community involvement—all of which strengthen the League and contribute to its long-term success.
Compton Little League provides young people with a place to play, learn, compete, build friendships and develop confidence and character. Building and sustaining that platform will take a community that believes in its value.
